We interact and engage with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations, Patients and Caregivers on a regular basis to educate them on our medicines and to get feedback on better ways to serve and communicate with them when using our medicines.
We value their input and all interactions with them are done responsibly and we follow the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and the Office of Inspector General Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. All messaging with them is carefully reviewed by a team of internal professionals from Medical, Legal and Regulatory to assure medical and scientific accuracy and that the messaging is in compliance with the FDA regulations on promotion and advertising of drugs. We monitor these interactions to assure we remain compliant.
We adhere to all federal and state transparency laws (Sunshine Laws) by reporting all of our transfers of value, such as meals used to help access healthcare professionals and all fees used as payment or honoraria for speaker programs, advisory boards and consultations with those healthcare professionals and organization that are covered recipients.
