PORTAGE, Ind., May 22 /PRNewswire/ — MonoSol Rx today announced that it has entered into a binding settlement agreement with Novartis Consumer Health
(NYSE: NVS). As a result, MonoSol Rx has effected the non-suit of the declaratory judgment action which MonoSol Rx had previously filed against Novartis Consumer Health in Tarrant County, Texas. The gravamen of this action related to Alexander Mark Schobel’s joining MonoSol Rx as its President and CEO from Novartis. MonoSol Rx views the settlement agreement as entirely favorable.
